029 Will Mr. L.K. Advani condescend to open his mouth, or languish nursing his agony within himself?

We may have to congratulate DeccanChronicle.com for publishing cool articles and reports which have capabilities to forecast far-reaching implications, if anybody cares to study them with required keenness. Ms. Anita Katyal is one such deft columnist. Here is a link to a DeccanChronicle.com write up by Ms. Anita Katyal. Click here to study https://www.deccanchronicle.com/opinion/columnists/071018/tension-in-bjp-camp-as-elections-draw-near.html. A particular Excerpt from the Report requires sentence by sentence commentary, which I am trying to give below:--

Will Mr. L.K. Advani, BJP's patriach open his mouth before 2019 or prefer to languish, nursing his anguish within himself?

As the next round of elections draws closer, there is palpable tension in the Bharatiya Janata Party. This tension is understandable because contesting Lok Sabha Elections in India, requires an investment of at least TEN million Dollars. It will be a matter of guess work to estimate how many BJP MPs got back their investments made in 2014 Elections, and how many are yet in the process of recovering.
Sitting Lok Sabha members are worried at losing their tickets following inside reports that the party plans to drop a large number of elected members and new faces will be fielded in their place to beat anti-incumbency. Today's India's bourgeoisie parties have no commitments to their Members, and vice versa. Anybody can come and go, at will. Tickets will be given to the largest Investor. This seems to be logically correct because every Prospective Candidate will have to arrange funds for the Central Party Pool, besides finding funds for his own Election Expenses.
Many apprehensive MPs have, predictably, started lobbying with their respective mentors and godfathers in the party to make sure that they are not dropped. This may be because most MPs have no grassroot working relationship with the voters. They may be maintaining Party Workers well-oiled. Expectant ticket-seekers have therefore to depend upon somebody in the hierarchy at Central level for tickets.
Many have made a beeline to veteran leader L.K. Advani’s residence to persuade him to break his silence and air his views on the state of affairs in the BJP. In 2019, it may not work because, Mr. Advani himself may be denied ticket, through indirect methods, creating an untenable situation for him.
They particularly want Advani to go public with the centralised style of functioning of the present BJP leadership. Mr. Advani himself may not go Public because he may have his own Sceletons in his Cup Board, built up when he was Dy. Prime Minister earlier. Mr. Advani was the Mentor for his disciple Mr. Narendra Modi, and Mr. Advani's weak points, Mr. Modi may be knowing.
However, Advani has not warmed to the proposal and is of the view that no purpose would be served even if he were to go public with these grievances. May be a strategy of waiting for a right opportunity, if at all it is going to rise.
Advani and other senior leaders like Murli Manohar Joshi and Yashwant Sinha have been effectively sidelined ever since Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah took charge of the party. "To lie low or keep silent" may not be a group decision. When compared to Mr. Advani, both Mr. Yashwant Singh and Murali Manohar Joshi are more outspoken.
These senior leaders did issue a strongly-worded statement following the BJP’s humiliating defeat in the 2015 Bihar Assembly polls but nothing came of it. This type of problem existed even during the days of Late Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi. Nobody will come forward to question who are firmly seated on thrones of power.
